At Bow Apparel Egypt, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

Delivery Policy

  • Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days inside Egypt.
  • Orders are processed during business days only.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchange is available only in case of manufacturing defects (عيوب صناعة).
  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the order.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping fees for exchanges unless the issue is caused by our side.

Return Policy

  • Returns and refunds are not available after receiving the order.
  • Please review product details, sizes, and colors carefully before confirming your purchase.

  • You may inspect your order upon delivery before receiving it. If the item does not meet your expectations, you may refuse the order and only pay the shipping fees.

Failed Delivery or Refused Orders

  • If the customer refuses to receive the order or cannot be reached by the shipping company, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fees.
