  • Business days are Sunday to Thursday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
  • Orders placed outside business hours may be processed on the next business day.
  • Orders are confirmed after successful verification.

Shipping & Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time inside Egypt is 3–5 business days.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location, shipping company, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated during checkout or confirmed before shipment.
  • Customers are responsible for any additional shipping charges related to failed delivery attempts or refused orders.

Delivery Conditions

Please ensure that:

  • Your shipping address and phone number are correct.
  • Someone is available to receive the order at the provided address.

If the shipping company cannot reach you or the order is refused, additional shipping fees may apply.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

Damaged Orders

If you receive a damaged product or there is a manufacturing defect (عيوب صناعة), please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order and provide clear photos of the issue.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship داخل مصر unless otherwise stated on our website or social media channels.
