  • Estimated delivery time inside Egypt is 3–5 business days.

  • If a customer refuses delivery or cannot be reached, shipping fees may still apply.

6. Return & Exchange Policy

  • Returns and refunds are not available after receiving the order.
  • Exchange is available only for manufacturing defects (عيوب صناعة).
  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the order.
  • Products must be unused and in their original condition with tags attached.
